On 5 October 2020, in Bolgar Museum-Reserve, in the conference hall of the Memorial Sign in honor of adoption of Islam by Volga Bulgars in 922, a presentation of the first volume of a catalogue “Objects of cultural heritage of Republic of Tatarstan. Volume 1. Kazan” took place. This book was issued in the implementation of the first phase of the project “The age-old dialogue of two cultures” of the Russian Culture Foundation. The author and editor of the publication, the project manager Tarunov Aleksey Mikhailovich performed in front of the audience and provided information on the work done. He elaborated on the history of the creation of a catalogue and told about the problems that emerged during the collection of material. Aleksey Mikhailovich also described the structure of the catalogue and characteristics of its rubricator. After answering the questions, the ceremony of awarding of the copies of the catalogue was held. The copies signed by the author were given to a research associate, deserved culture worker of Tatarstan Muhametshin D. G. and to a research associate of the museum-reserve Sadrieva N. M. A copy with the author’s signature was also given to Bolgar Museum-Reserve.
