On 18 and 19 August 2020, the activities for children were held by the head of the museum “Suvar” Sadrieva N. M.
On 18 August, a lesson on “There is such a profession – archaeologist!” was held because recently there was a day dedicated to this profession. Children fulfilled tasks, saw the scheme of the town of Suvar – a historical monument of X-XIV centuries. Kids familiarized themselves with the description of the objects found by archaeologists in different years. At the event, participants did the drawings of items from the museum “Suvar” found on the territory of Suvar town. The importance of the profession of archaeologist for the study and preservation of our history was discussed at the museum lesson.
On 19 August, children with great enthusiasm took part in the museum lesson on “We are from Volga, from Tatarstan!” devoted to the 100th anniversary of Tatarstan. Kids answered various quizzes. Beautiful poems about the Republic of Tatarstan sounded at the event. During the lesson, participants also remembered other memorable dates of this year. Primarily, it was the 75th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War. Father Dionysius – the prior of Pokrovskaya church in the village of Kuznechiha was present at the event.
At the end of the activity, there was a tea party with sweets and pies.
