On 17 June 2020, a staff member of the Department of Guided Tours Organization of Bolgar Museum-Reserve Galimullina N. R. held an event-propaganda “Say no to drugs!” for the guests from Moscow. This activity was devoted to International Day against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking.
In 1987, the United Nations General Assembly decided to celebrate this date on 26 June every year. This day symbolizes the determination of the world community to enhance international cooperation towards creation a drug-free society. Drug abuse has become one of the major global problems and one of the most terrible phenomenon of our time.
During the event held in the form of conversation, the guests received new knowledge. The leading questions helped them to remember some useful information and prepare young people for withdrawal from drugs.
It is necessary to inform every person about drugs and their harmful effect on a body because all people must fight for a healthy future of their children.
