December 12, 2019 employee of the Department of excursions of the Bulgarian Museum-reserve Sabirzyanova Li for students of grade 7 GBOU “Bulgarian cadet boarding school” named after Karpov Pavel Alekseevich held a Museum lesson “Constitution-the basic law of the state”, dedicated to the day of the Constitution of the Russian Federation.
Translated from Latin, the word “Constitution” means “device”, that is, how the state is arranged, built. There are many laws in our country, but the main rules by which we live are written in the Constitution. As a sign of respect for the basic law of the state, the word “Constitution” is written with a capital letter.
The Constitution of the Russian Federation — the basic law of our country; the one having the highest legal force, direct effect and supremacy on the whole territory of the Russian Federation political and legal act by which the people established the basic principles of the structure of society and the state, identified the subjects of state power, the mechanism of its implementation, has established state-protected rights, freedoms and duties of man and citizen. The Constitution under which we now live was adopted on 12 December 1993.
During the event, the children learned about the history of the holiday, considered the main articles of the Constitution, got acquainted with the types of legal liability in violation of laws, also talked about the rights and duties of man and citizen. Students actively answered questions and told about the state symbols of our country. At the end of the event, the children received small gifts, and photos were taken as a souvenir.
