September 20, 2019 at the exhibition site of the Museum of Bulgarian civilization was the opening of the exhibition “Gifts of autumn”, dedicated to the harvest festival. Harvest festival-a holiday dedicated to the harvest, fertility and family well-being. It is also a farewell to summer, a meeting with a real Golden autumn.
Autumn pleases us with its abundance of colors and rich harvest! A scattering of Golden leaves and clusters of fiery red mountain ash, ripe, juicy fruits which absorbed all the power of the summer sun. Visitors will be able to learn about this at the exhibition of household items of the late XIX-mid XX centuries.
