March 26, 2019 on the basis of the Ulyanovsk regional Museum. I. A. Goncharova held an interregional conference ” Results of the local history year. History and modernity of the Middle Volga region”, which was attended by employees of the Bulgarian state historical and architectural Museum-reserve.
The work of the conference was opened by the plenary session, where the problems of local history development in The middle Volga region were raised. Then the participants of the conference were divided into thematic sections, where reports of researchers, Museum staff, local historians from Ulyanovsk, Samara regions, the Republics of Tatarstan, Chuvashia, Mordovia and Mari-El were made.
The delegation of the Bulgarian Museum-reserve took part in the work of all thematic sections of the conference. At the site “Theory and practice of Museum business. Museum and school” A. N. Faskhutdinov the report “50 years of the creation of the Bulgarian state historical and architectural Museum-reserve” was read, and the head of the Department of Museum and educational activities Vagapov R. Z. presented the Museum and educational program “national cuisine-the key to history”, which is implemented by the Museum-reserve since October 2018.
At the section” Archeology of the Middle Volga region “the scientific staff of the Bulgarian Museum-reserve Mukhametshin D. G.” Epigraphic monuments of the Ulyanovsk region “and Mukhametshin I. D.”Archaeological monuments of the Duck river basin” presented their reports.
On the site ” Middle Volga region in the history of Russia. The head of the Department” Museum street “of the Bulgarian Museum-reserve Sokolikov A. A. presented his work on” Problems of preservation of the Orthodox architectural heritage of the Spassky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan”.
