22 March 2019 associate of the Department of Museum and educational activities of the Bulgarian Museum-reserve Sabirova L. A. for students 3 “a” class MBOU “baryatinskaya Srednyaya SHKOLA-municipal No. 2” held an interactive event called “Lark – Nauryz.”
Nauryz is a holiday of spring, a holiday of new year for many Eastern Nations. It is believed that on this day nature wakes up, good and grace descends to the earth.
According to the national calendar, which is associated with its economic activities on March 21, the day of the vernal equinox – from this day spring began.
Only in the days of equinoxes the sun’s rays fall on the earth at right angles to the axis of its rotation.
It is believed that on the day of the vernal equinox, the human energy changes like water in a vessel in which electric wires are put and voltage is applied. The human body is filled with strength and heat.
The Russian people everywhere existed the belief that the March 22 from warm countries arrive forty different birds, and the first of them – the Skylark, so the holiday is called “Larks”.
At the exhibition site Of the Museum of Bulgarian civilization, where the event was held, the children first got acquainted with the exhibition “Tulip – a symbol of Nauryz”, where the Tulip ornament was presented in various types of art – ceramics, embroidery, national clothes and other objects.
During the event, the children got acquainted with the history of the holiday, with folk games, folk calendar, traditions, customs of the people, which contributes to the development of cognitive abilities of children, forms morality, fosters love for the Fatherland, respect for ancestors, interest in the original national culture. “Cases of bygone days, the ancient history…” become closer, more understandable to the child. Actively participated in games, competitions and, of course, for children the master class on preparation of traditional Russian festive meal “Lark”was presented. The event ended with a wish to each other and all happiness and good. As expected, the crown of the holiday was a fun tea party with larks.
