28 February 2019 an employee of the organization Department of the city of BGIAMZ Gaunavou V. N. for pupils of the 5th and 6th grade GBOU “Bulgarian cadet boarding school named after Karpov Pavel A.” held a lecture on “the Historical significance of the battle of Moscow”. The purpose of the lesson is to form patriotism, respect for the people, a sense of responsibility to the Motherland, pride in their country.
The offensive operations of the Soviet troops near Moscow and in other parts of the Soviet-German front, which took place in the winter of 1941-1942, had a huge, truly historical significance. Defeating and throwing the enemy at 150-400 km, the Soviet Army eliminated the immediate threat to the capital.
During the lecture students learned interesting facts connected with the battle of 1941-1942, Children were given a colourful presentation which acquainted them with the history of the battle of Moscow, the heroism of Soviet soldiers, the militia, Muscovites. Also, the students learned about their countrymen who defended Moscow in this difficult time for all; that even in the most difficult moments of our history continued to create writers, poets, artists who helped the people to maintain morale and faith in victory.
