Scientific and practical conference “Museum-object of tourist attraction: best practices” in Saransk

Within the framework of the target program “development of culture and tourism of the Republic of Mordovia” and the celebration of the 100th anniversary of the Mordovian Republican United Museum of local lore named after I. D. Voronin, the scientific and practical conference “Museum-object of tourist attraction: best practices” was held on October 30-31, 2018 in Saransk, as well as the General meeting of the Interregional public organization “Council of museums of the Volga Federal district”.
The scientific and practical conference became a platform for interregional exchange of experience in the following areas:
– partnership programs of the Museum, social partnership;
– the target audience of museums: promotion of Museum product;
– work with youth audience;
– modern trends, directions and forms of Museum activity;
– development of professional competencies and skills of employees.
More than 140 representatives from 45 national, local history, art and literary museums of the Volga Federal district, including employees of the Bulgarian Museum-reserve, came to Saransk. The meeting of the General meeting of the Interregional public organization “the Council of museums of the Volga Federal district” was attended by the Deputy Director for science Faskhutdinov. Head of the Department of Museum and educational activities Vagapov R. Z. he made a presentation At the round table “from the experience of the Department of Museum and educational activities of GBUK RT “BGIAMZ”on the implementation of social partnership programs”. The panel discussion was attended by the head of Department of information support Efimova E. R. researcher at the Department of organization of the city’s Khramova G. K. presented a program “the Great Bulgarians – the world heritage site of UNESCO.”
During the event, the winners of the competition of professional skills of Museum workers of the regions of the Volga Federal district were awarded.
