On November 9, 2018 in the MBOU “Kuznechikhinskaya basic secondary school” Spassky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan was a lesson of courage”and always remember…”. It held the head of the Museum “Suvar, researcher at the Department of Museum and educational activities of the Bulgarian Museum-reserve Sadrieva N. M. The lesson was dedicated to the memory of the crew of “PS-40”, which crashed near the village of Kuznechikha 9 November 1941. That day, we will remind, the crew as a part of the pilot of the highest class Sergey Muravyev and the mechanic Konstantin Pryanichnikov carried out flight on delivery of special freight to the Kazan aviation plant. Once in a heavy snowstorm and lost orientation, the plane at a decrease to determine the terrain collided with the ground and crashed. The pilots were subsequently buried in Kuznechihinskiy cemetery.
Their tomb was looked after by the pupils under the direction of Ninel Masgutova, in 2012, on the line of the military enlistment office in the village of Kuznechikha, a monument was erected.
Details of the death became known from the letter of the pilot I. V. Chugunov, who headed the Commission to investigate the death of the crew, through the search engines also managed to contact the relatives of Sergei Muravyov living in Moscow. They transferred to the Museum photos from the family archive, including a portrait of the pilot, pictures from the place of death, from the funeral meeting and funeral.
Every year on 9 November Sadrieva N. M. holds in the memory of the pilots a lesson of courage and laying flowers and wreaths on their grave. Remember each who defended the Motherland from the enemy, our sacred duty.
